1. About Our Service

Visa Reclaim provides documentation assistance and guidance services for visa reapplication. We help you understand rejection reasons, improve your documents, and prepare stronger applications.

⚠️ Important: We are NOT immigration lawyers and do NOT provide legal advice. Visa decisions are made solely by embassies and consulates. We do not guarantee visa approval.

2. What We Do

  • Analyze your rejection reasons
  • Review and improve your documents
  • Draft SOPs and cover letters
  • Provide guidance on reapplication strategy
  • Offer mock interview preparation

3. What We Don't Do

  • Guarantee visa approval
  • Provide legal representation
  • Submit applications on your behalf
  • Represent you at embassies or consulates
  • Make decisions about your immigration status

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required before service begins
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • We accept payments via UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), or card
  • Payment details will be shared after we review your case and you confirm

5. Refund Policy

  • Before work begins: Full refund within 24 hours of payment
  • After work begins: No refunds, but we'll work with you to address concerns
  • Service issues: Handled case-by-case; contact us to discuss

6. Re-application Assurance (Premium Tier)

  • Valid for 90 days after service delivery
  • Applies only if rejected again on similar grounds
  • Provides 50% discount on next service (not a cash refund)
  • Requires documentation of new rejection
  • One claim per original service purchase

7. Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Respond to our requests for documents/clarification promptly
  • Review deliverables and provide feedback within the support period
  • Make your own final decisions about your visa application

8. Intellectual Property

Documents we create for you (SOPs, cover letters, etc.) are yours to use for your visa application. However, our templates, processes, and methodologies remain our property.

9. Limitation of Liability

Visa Reclaim is not responsible for:

  • Visa decisions made by embassies/consulates
  • Delays in visa processing
  • Changes in immigration policies
  • Losses arising from visa rejection
  • Any consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your documents or case details with third parties except as required to provide our services or comply with legal requirements.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Your City], India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
